Woodburn Elementary is excited to congratulate Kelley Dauberman on being nominated and selected as Woodburn Elementary's Outstanding Leader for the 2024-2025 school year, as part of the FCPS Outstanding Employee Awards Program. We are incredibly grateful to have Ms. Dauberman at Woodburn!

"Ms. Dauberman builds relationships with teachers, students, and regularly meets with parents. As a Title I school with high needs in academics and social-emotional support, she goes above and beyond to ensure behavior plans are met, staying in touch with teachers and families for best practices. Ms. Dauberman is highly collaborative, valuing others’ opinions and working with them to make decisions. Woodburn has been lucky to have her strong leadership the past two years."
