About Our Woodburn PTA

The Woodburn PTA is a group of families, teachers, and community members that want the best for students at here at Woodburn. Our goal is to make sure our families are connected to the school. We provide opportunities for volunteering because we know that when parents are involved at school, children go farther.

Collectively we work to provide academic and arts enrichment opportunities. And to promote social, emotional, and physical wellness at school and beyond. We are committed to advocating for all of Woodburn’s students.

When parents, school staff, students, and the community work together, the students win.

Fundraising Events

Please join us on March 14 from 6:00-8:00pm for a free, school-organized BINGO night and a PTA Silent Auction.

We increased our fundraising goals this year to provide additional monetary support for Woodburn field trips, the largest item in our annual budget. This year, we are providing $30,000 to subsidize the cost of field trips, enabling all children to join regardless of ability to pay. After we reach our fundraising target to support this year’s PTA budget, we will also begin saving for future Woodburn playground enhancements (shade and new playground structures).

We need your support to make this event a success. This year, we will be using Givebacks as the auction platform, which accepts credit cards, debit cards, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. To make it easier to start bidding, pre-register now at https://app.givebacks.gives/woodburnpta2025auction

There will be something for everyone! Example auction items include:

· Principal of the Day!

· Package from Sandbox VR for up to 6 people

Sixth grade will be selling pizza and concessions (cash only!). Empanadas de Mendoza food truck will also be on site. Check out their menu here. Starting Monday, you can place pre-orders!
