She builds meaningful connections and relationships with children and staff - going above and beyond to make everyone feel included and heard. In our classroom of multi-language learners, Ms. Monzon helps children and teachers communicate with each other - often providing language support. She is such an integral part of our community and helps us all be our best selves."
