A Day of Discovery: 5th Grade Field Trip to the Baltimore Aquarium
The National Aquarium in Baltimore is more than just a place to visit; it’s a great place for learning! With over 20,000 animals and many different species, the aquarium helps people understand the importance of protecting the environment. The exhibits give a close look at the amazing creatures in the ocean. One of the highlights is the dolphin exhibit, where you can watch these smart, playful creatures swim and interact with toys and trainers. It’s a chance to see dolphins up close and learn all about their behaviors!
For the 5th graders at Woodburn Elementary, the field trip was an unforgettable adventure filled with fun and learning. They left the aquarium with new knowledge and a deeper appreciation for the ocean and its creatures.
